Our computer generated report is presented
to you at the time of your inspection, or
can be delivered to the client (although
advisable, it is not necessary to be present
at the inspection) on–site or via email

Christian Peragallo, the
owner and founder of HomeCheck Inspections,
has extensive training and experience, having
performed over 4,000 total home and commercial
property inspections. He was Lead Inspector
for Land America's prominent company,
InspecTech, for seven years prior to
starting his own business. As one of InspecTech's
top national producers every year of his
tenure, Christian earned "Top Inspector"
honors for the quantity, quality, and integrity
of his work, such that he was asked to train
and coach several of the company's subsequent
inspectors. He has been a fully certified
inspector and accredited member of the California
Real Estate Inspection Association (CREIA)
since 11/1997, and has served on the Board
of the local CREIA Chapter.
